About the Summit
The 7th African Youth Peace Summit invites submissions for its upcoming conference.
We stand at a pivotal moment in history, where the futures of peace, technology, and our environment are deeply interconnected. The African Youth Peace Summit, under the theme "One Future, Intertwined Fates: Youth, Technology, and the Environment as Pillars of Peace," seeks to explore these critical intersections. We aim to amplify the voices and innovations of young people who are at the forefront of navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence in criminal justice and the urgent need for climate action.
Authors who have to present physically will have to sort their transportation and accomodation. The organizers will provide assistance for any immigration issues needed.
The price for submission is $50 and publication is free of charge.
This summit will serve as a dynamic platform for young scholars, activists, innovators, and policymakers to engage in robust dialogue, share groundbreaking research, and forge collaborative pathways toward a more just, sustainable, and peaceful Africa. The accepted papers shall be published in the FIAE Law Journal after peer review.
We invite the submission of abstracts for papers, panel proposals, and workshops that address the summit's theme. We are particularly interested in contributions that explore the following sub-themes:
