The Leadership & Governance Unit is tasked with cultivating ethical, visionary, and public-spirited young African leaders. Gender Equality Unit

Committed to breaking socio-cultural and economic barriers facing women and children. The Gender Equality Unit spearheads grassroots campaigns against gender-based violence, domestic abuse, and early marriage while actively sponsoring the secondary and tertiary education of the African girl child.

Marvellous Chitindi

Head: Gender Equality Unit

Spearheading gender justice, community sensitization forums, and girls' educational rights advocacy across Africa.

Scholarly Research

Advocacy & Research Unit

Serving as the intellectual think-tank of FIAE, this unit coordinates rigorous scholarly inquiry into African jurisprudence, International Humanitarian Law, constitutional reform, and socio-economic rights. It oversees our peer-reviewed journals, policy briefs, and annual legal essay competitions.

Daniel Duom Kelei

Head: Advocacy & Research Unit

Humanitarian Action

Social Engagement Unit

Translating academic theory into compassionate grassroots action. The Social Engagement Unit coordinates vital humanitarian aid drives, distributes educational and medical supplies to internally displaced persons (IDPs), and provides sustaining support to orphans and motherless homes.

Henock Teshome

Head: Social Engagement Unit

Coordinating humanitarian relief logistics, IDP welfare missions, and grassroots community alliances.

Conflict Resolution

Peace & Conflict Unit

Dedicated to training youth, civil society leaders, and community elders in modern conflict mediation, early warning mechanisms, and restorative justice. This unit conducts on-ground dialogue sessions in conflict-prone areas to foster sustainable communal peace.

The Institutional Development Unit is responsible for sustainable growth, external stakeholder relations, and strategic donor mobilization. This department oversees philanthropic grants, university partnerships, endowment campaigns, and global alliances to finance FIAE scholarships, moot tournaments, and humanitarian interventions.
